Event Terms and Conditions
By registering for and participating in the M365 Masters conference (the “Event”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These T&Cs govern your attendance and participation, including all related activities before, during, and after the Event.
2.1 Registration Fees: The registration fee is based on the ticket level selected at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change, and early bird discounts apply only within the stated promotional periods.
2.2 Payment: All payments must be made in full at the time of registration. Accepted payment methods include credit cards and any other specified options on the event registration page.
2.3 Confirmation: Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email containing the event details. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact our support team.
3.1 Attendee Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your registration, written notice must be provided at least 30 days before the event start date. Refunds will be processed as follows:
3.2 Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event that the M365 Masters conference is cancelled or postponed, registered attendees will be notified as soon as possible, and full refunds will be issued. No other compensation will be provided.
4.1 Ticket Levels: The Event offers multiple ticket levels (e.g., Live Watch Only, Live Watch + 12 Months Access + TRAILBLAZER Membership). The benefits of each level are clearly stated on the event page and may include access to live sessions, recordings, and additional resources.
4.2 Non-Transferable: Tickets are non-transferable without prior written consent from the event organiser.
4.3 Access Rights: Access to certain content, recordings, and additional resources is determined by the ticket level purchased.
5.1 Event Platform: The M365 Masters conference will be held on the Microsoft Teams platform. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary technology and software to access the event.
5.2 Conduct: All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner. Disruptive behaviour or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without refund.
5.3 Recording and Use of Content: By attending, you agree to being recorded in both video and audio formats. These recordings may be used for future educational or promotional purposes by the event organisers.
All materials provided during the Event, including presentations, handouts, and other resources, are the intellectual property of the event organisers and speakers. You may not copy, distribute, or sell any materials without explicit permission.
7.1 Data Collection: Personal data collected during registration will be used for the purposes of event administration and communication. By registering, you agree to receive event-related communications.
7.2 Third-Party Access: Your data will not be shared with third parties unless you consent to participate in sponsored sessions or networking opportunities where limited information may be shared with sponsors.
The organisers of the M365 Masters conference will not be held liable for any personal injuries, loss, or damage to property that may occur during the event, whether online or in any subsequent engagements.
The organisers reserve the right to make amendments to these terms and conditions as needed. Any significant changes will be communicated to all registered attendees.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes arising from the event will be subject to the jurisdiction of UK courts.
